Our kitchen team spoils you with Bavarian, Mediterranean, and seasonal specialities.

We prefer products of regional origin for our kitchen. Thus, our potatoes come predominantly from the Schapolterau, the fish from the Weixerau, sausage products from Ast, asparagus and mushrooms from Hofham, beverages from Landshut, Adldorf and Grünbach. Fresh fruit juice stems from Landshut, fruit and vegetables from Landshut, bread from Eugenbach and game from the surrounding areas of Berghofen, Buch and Volkmannsdoerferau.

For special events we will gladly tailor a menu for your individual wishes.
