History – Gasthof Sempt<\/h2>\n

The first tax records were recorded by the tavern landlord in 1482<\/strong> in Volkmannsdorf. The tavern stood here next to the Isar bridge until 1830<\/strong>, where it was eventually relocated on the main road to Landshut (Sempt).<\/p>\n

1482<\/strong> \u201cJ\u00f6rg\u201d founded in Volkmannsdorf<\/p>\n

1583-1599<\/strong> George Gallner on the Urbars Taferne. In addition belong the S\u00f6ldenhaus on the meadow of the Rott Abbey, to it-bought Ligederhof and the own Schr\u00e4gerschwaig in that to outer ones.<\/p>\n

1913<\/strong> Urban und Franziska Schwaiger acquires the Sempt<\/p>\n

1938<\/strong> Johann Schwaiger and Franziska Schwaiger take over the running of the inn<\/p>\n

1992 <\/strong>Anton Schwaiger and Christine Schwaiger take over the running of the inn<\/p>\n

2005<\/strong> Daughter Renate Jungbauer (born Schwaiger) and Michael Jungbauer take on the day to day running of the Sempt hotel.<\/p>\n

Since 2006<\/strong> the former grain store and hay barn transformed into the \u201cHochzeitsstadl\u201d<\/p>\n

2010<\/strong> Installation of the first\u00a0of the solar panel array system.<\/p>\n

2011<\/strong> Installation of the second of the solar panel array systemleading to circa 90% of the electrical requirements being produced.<\/p>\n

2013<\/strong> centenary year of hotel Sempt being in the hands of the Schwaiger\/Jungbauer families.<\/p>\n

2013<\/strong> 100 consecutive years of beer being purchased from the brewery Wittmann in Landshut<\/p>\n

2013<\/strong> 180 years of the Sempt hotel at its current location.<\/p>\n

2013 \/ 14<\/strong> New building of a guesthouse and increase of the bedrooms to 25 rooms.
