We prefer products of regional origin for our kitchen. Thus, our potatoes come predominantly from the Schapolterau, the fish from the Weixerau, sausage products from Ast, asparagus and mushrooms from Hofham, beverages from Landshut, Adldorf and Gr\u00fcnbach. Fresh fruit juice stems from Landshut, fruit and vegetables from Landshut, bread from Eugenbach and game from the surrounding areas of Berghofen, Buch and Volkmannsdoerferau.<\/p>\n
